What is 21st-Century Learning?

Hi readers!

Today I'll write about 21st-century learning. As you know, in today's world, it's easier than ever to find information whenever and wherever you want. It's so fast that we can learn information in seconds. I think, technology and its devices should be a big part of the classroom to enhance and contribute to learning. At one aspect, our future students will be the masters of the technology. They'll probably become a digital native as soon as they're born. Students who already use tech outside of school shouldn't be banned from using it for learning. We should think about our future students, and lighten their burden. However, we must guide them on how to use it properly, rather than just letting them do whatever they want. If we don't teach them how to use tech wisely in class, they might struggle to do so in real life.

I believe that technology makes language learning easier as the limitless of access to tech in the 21st century offers authentic materials and interactive tools for learning. Language learners benefit from it as their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills grow. When learning provides useful opportunities instant feedback, and access to authentic language materials from around the world, it becomes more efficient. As future teachers, we shouldn't be afraid to use technology if it is appropriate.

I hope you enjoyed it! See you in the next post, xx.💓👀💋
